Obama loses ANOTHER HALF MILLION JOBS. Yes we can?

I heard part of his speech, I did this and I did that. Was he serious? Bragging? About his accomplishments when half of the people I know are unemployed right now? People who have worked since graduating college/hs? Is he really bragging?
