How can you tell if your fallopian tubes are blocked without getting a HSG done?

How can you tell if your fallopian tubes are blocked without get a HSG done? I am so scared to get a HSG done, so are there any other options so that I will know that I am able to conceive. My husband and I been trying to conceive since Oct 2009-please give me so advice ladies
