Am I selfish? (bf advice)?

Well, first off, if you haven't talked to him COMPLETELY about everything you mentioned here, then that needs to be done. Here's my opinion about this...I dont think either one of you should be focusing on kids and marrige just yet until you start to get going in your career. And think about it...if you guys end up staying together, you both work through your own career paths, you get married, and have kids, imagine what it would be like tell your children that their father grows and sells weed for a living when they get old enough to think of asking that question...I agree right off the bat that it is probably an unreliable career path to take. He seems immature and it doesn't seem like you too have the same ideas. Your ideas seem more practical and he seems to be caught up in some sort of daydreams. Sit down with him and tell him that you are very unsure of your future with him (as far as being "financially set" goes).
