LDS/Mormons: What do you think about Pres. Joseph F. Smith's court testimony regarding the Church's finances?

As far as I can read, this is testimony that discusses the businesses that were owned by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the time. I don't find this particularly surprising, since it's quite well-known that the Church of Jesus Christ runs a lot of businesses.
