Made my mac order 4 days ago..still nothing..what do i do?

I made my mac cosmetics order on march 1st, the last day of the free shipping offer. Now i still havent recieved an email letting me know its been shipped..the status is still "processing" though usually it is supposted to come within 24 hours.i live in canada and im not sure if the free shipping only applied to the states. It still went through for me though. Im wondering if it was a glitched and thats why my order was delayed. What should i do??
