Colleges that accept 2.8- 3.0?

I have currently a 2.8 - 3.0 average i am going to be a junior in highschool, i work very hard but cant seem to do well in math and lanugage however my grades in science, english and global are great. I am a member of 3 clubs at school and play aau for basketball and im very good, if i could get into a good college with this gpa and my basketball skills and community service please tell me (: thanks
