I NEED ALL READERS AND WRITERS QUICK OPINIONS?

I wouldn't describe it as 'unique' or 'exquisite', but I think the magic* of Rowling's writing is its ability to capture the minds of the younger audience. I haven't read the books for about three years now, but I remember first reading the series as a kid and being totally captivated by it. It's easy to read but not overly dumbed down.
