Why two desktop icons per web page I save to desktop??

Very often, when I save a website's page to my desktop, two icons appear with the same name below each. One icon is the manilla folder containing all of the files that make the site look like it does (I ume). The other is the Foxfire icon (obviously, I use Foxfire browser) which, when clicked, shows the web page I WANTED to save. How can I avoid having the manilla folder file saved to my desktop. This just started a few months ago, but it's getting to be a real (visual) space waster. Thanks
