Where can i buy a hookah?!?

ok so im getting a hookah! but idk where to get it, or the coal, or shisha or anythingg!!! i cant shop online, are there any stores to get it at?! i live in a small town so i have no effing idea where to get one or the stuff for it! please help, oh and is it safe for multiple people to be smoking out of the same hose because i can only get a one hose hookah!
