I WANT TO JOIN A DELHI POP/ROCK BAND.?

Hey all i am a great devotee of music and have been connected to it with my guitar since 7 yrs now . I want to do something for music and have the enthusiasm to give it my all . Is there somewhere in Delhi, a band, looking for a manager or a PR official, from whom they can expect the most honest quality of manegerial skills to ist them in their endeavour. I just wanna make music BIG in our country.
