I need help making a college choice. reply if you can help. thanks in advance everyone?

i need serious help, well i recently applied to kent state university for hospitality management but yesterday i received a card in the mail for bryant and stratton college. its a small business college that all owes you to get your degree in 16 months. my question to everyone is if i decide to attend the business school is it possible to still own my own restaurant or would i be better off going to the other school and getting my degree in hospatility management? or does it even matter? also if i attend bryant and stratton i plan on doing a double major one being business and the other being criminal justice.
