I have a 10 gallon tank and my crayfish keeps pinching my four line catfish, what should I do?

The catfish is about 6 inches long, the crayfish is full grown maybe 5 or 6 inches. I also have three silver s one is 5 inches and the other two are about 4 inches. And just one needle nose gar about 6 inches long.
