How can I get scouted for volleyball?

I am going into grade 11 (15 years old). Volleyball is my absolute pion and I want to keep on playing it. I have a 24 inch vertical and I am 5'5''. I play power (outside hitter) and also libero. I don't play for a very good club, they're okay, and I'm never on the bench. So I guess I'm a pretty good player. I guess I can't really judge how good I am lol! My coach said I have a pretty good chance of getting scouted for university for libero, which I don't really like, I like power better. He thinks I'm good so I got to play on the older team, the 18s as libero. I reallly reallly wanna play for UBC, or at least a CIS school. Any tips, etc would be awesome!!!
